Big Five-0 Challenge | Individuals | In memory of Henry Hodge
A message from Alastair Campbell
At the launch of the 'Big Five-0', I was approached by a doctor who told me that Henry Hodge, a friend of ours who has been fighting leukaemia for some time, had been taken to intensive care and was seriously ill. Two days later, he died.
![]() | Following this sad news I have decided to launch an appeal, with Henry's family and friends, and other supporters of the charity, to raise £50,000 in honour of his life, and the brave struggle he put up against this horrible disease. I want ‘In memory of Henry Hodge’ to become one of the 50 Big Five-0 members. |
With your support and generousity I am proud to say that we have reached that £50,000 target. It is a great achievement and a fantastic legacy, for a big man sadly no longer with us.
Thank you

Alastair Campbell
